Straight answers before you commit.

Ask before you commit — that’s the point of this page.

Good decisions come from having everything on the table. Below are the questions people actually ask before working together or buying a resource, answered as completely as I’d answer them in a call. If yours isn’t here, send it through the contact pageand I’ll answer it directly.

Services & working together.

What exactly do you do?

I design and fix the systems a business runs on, across six pillars — Infrastructure, Finance, Operations, Growth, Sales and Data. Engagements start by identifying which pillar is broken, then build the structure to fix it. It isn’t generic coaching; it’s architecture for a specific problem.

Who is this for?

Founders and operators of online businesses at any of five stages — starting, building, struggling, stuck or scaling. If you’re running on tactics and results won’t compound, you’re in the right place. If you want a motivational push rather than structural change, you aren’t.

How do we get started?

Send an inquiry through the contact page and choose "Services Inquiry". You’ll hear back within two business days with either a discovery-call slot or a short set of questions to map your situation to the right pillar before we speak.

What’s included in an engagement?

Every engagement is scoped in writing before work begins — the problem, the pillar, the deliverables, the timeline and the checkpoints. You’ll always know what you’re getting, what falls outside the scope, and when.

How long does it take?

It depends on the pillar and the depth of the problem. A focused diagnostic can take days; rebuilding an operations or finance system runs longer. You get a realistic timeline in writing at the discovery stage — never an open-ended commitment.

How should I prepare?

Bring the numbers you have and the ones you wish you had. Access to how your business currently runs — even if it’s messy — is more useful than a polished summary. Discovery is built to make sense of the mess, not to judge it.

Digital products & resources.

What format are the products?

Guides and workbooks are delivered as PDFs; courses are hosted online. Everything opens on any modern device with no specialist software.

How do I get access after buying?

Access is instant. The moment payment clears, you receive a download or login link by email — no waiting, no manual fulfilment.

What’s your refund policy?

Because digital products deliver instantly and can’t be returned, sales are final once accessed. If a file is broken or a download fails, contact me and it’s fixed straight away. Full terms are on the Refund Policy page.

Do products get updated?

Yes. When a workbook or course is revised, existing buyers get the updated version at no extra cost, sent to the email used at purchase.

Can I use these with my team or clients?

Each purchase is licensed for personal use by one business. To deploy a resource across a team or use it with your own clients, get in touch about a commercial licence.

General questions & billing.

What payment methods do you accept?

Checkout is handled by Shopify’s secure, PCI-compliant system and accepts major cards and standard digital payment methods. You never enter payment details anywhere but the protected checkout.

How quickly will I hear back?

Inquiries get a reply within two business days. Once an engagement is underway, response times and turnaround are agreed in writing, so you’re never left guessing.

Are you available right now?

Availability changes with capacity. The contact page reflects current status; if there’s a waitlist, you’ll be told when you inquire rather than after.

How do invoicing and receipts work?

Product purchases generate an automatic receipt by email. Consulting engagements are invoiced directly, with documentation suitable for your own records and tax reporting.

What happens after I send an inquiry?

You get an immediate confirmation, a human reply within two business days, and — for service inquiries — a clear next step: a discovery call or a short intake that maps your problem to the right pillar.

Still have questions?

If your question isn’t answered above, ask it directly — I’d rather you got a real answer than guessed. Tell me where your business is and what’s not working, and I’ll point you to the right next step, whether that’s a service, a resource, or neither.
